About Kimberly
Kimberly joined the NC A&T Real Estate Foundation team in February 2019 as the Director of Economic Development. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BS in Construction Management, holds an MBA in Finance from Concordia University Wisconsin and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. Kim brings over twenty-five years of Real Estate, Community and Economic Development experience to the Foundation. She has led teams on projects that served as catalysts for the revitalization of neighborhoods in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia, Durham and Greensboro, NC. Ms. Cameron understands that to create healthy communities, connectivity must be established between schools, businesses and municipalities to ensure that a continuity of services is being provided to its residents.
As the Executive Director, Kimberly provides the overall leadership and management of the Foundation. She manages board and external relations to achieve the Foundation’s annual goals and priorities.
About Sheena
Sheena Jerman was appointed the Director of Real Estate for the NC A&T Real Estate Foundation in January 2022. She is responsible for asset management, directing capital improvement projects, acquisition of new properties and marketing/branding of real estate. Ms. Jerman is an experienced Real Estate Manager, Broker and Investor. Licensed in North Carolina and Georgia, she has continued to make her mark in the industry for over 11 years. Her experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with other trailblazers and well-known property management companies, offering professional retail property management services in addition to residential and commercial real estate brokerage. Sheena has led teams and served on community boards over the years. She received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Ashford University. Sheena is also a licensed North Carolina real estate instructor. She values knowledge and networking to build strong relationships. She desires to employ her wealth of knowledge and experience to move the mission and strategic plan of the NC A&T Real Estate Foundation forward.
About Jacqueline
Jacqueline joined the NC A&T Real Estate Foundation’s team in November 2011 as the Assistant Director of Accounting. She is a 1992 graduate of NC A & T State University with a BS in Accounting. She is also a recipient of the Silver Congressional Award. Jacqueline’s career in accounting for non-profits spans over 25 years of providing accounting services for community service organizations, community development corporations, foundations, and grass root organizations in the Triad area. Jacqueline has served on several integration implementation teams to align the Foundation’s human resources, financial software and reporting applications with the University.
Jacqueline is responsible for the Foundation’s financial planning and budgeting plus all related entities. She plans, organizes, and coordinates the overall daily operations of the Accounting Department in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
About Julie
Julie joined the NC A&T Real Estate Foundation’s team in April 2008 as the Director Of Marketing & Client’s Consultant. She holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness & Industrial Management. Ms. Melikpor-Lee has a strong background in leadership with a track record of helping companies achieve high profit growth.
Julie consults and oversees the operations of events for clients the Foundation hosts in the Event Center.
